How your price is set

Two businesses can need the same services at very different workloads, so every quote starts with a discovery call.

Scope

Which workstreams I own: projects, social, email, admin, team coordination.

Cadence

How often the work happens: posts a week, launches a quarter, meetings a month.

Complexity

Tools, team size, approval steps, and how much is built from scratch.

Launch + Production fee

A one-time fee for calibration, systems setup, and your first production cycle. It's invoiced after your Statement of Work and contractor agreement are signed, and work begins once it's paid.

Monthly retainer

Prepaid each month from the start date in your Statement of Work. It covers your agreed scope and isn't billed by the hour.

Add-ons

For busy seasons or work outside your package. Quoted per month or per project.

Questions about pricing

Why is there a Launch + Production fee?

The first cycle is the heaviest. It covers calibrating to your voice and systems, setting up your project board and workflows, and producing your first full round of deliverables.

When does the monthly retainer start?

On the start date in your Statement of Work. It's prepaid each month on the same date after that.

Do unused deliverables roll over?

No. The retainer covers your agreed scope each month, so unused capacity doesn't carry forward or become a credit.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. Package changes take effect at the next billing date. Larger changes in volume or scope are agreed in writing first.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. You pay for agreed deliverables and outcomes. I track capacity internally to keep the work sustainable and on time.

What happens if I'm late approving work?

Deadlines that depend on your approval move with it. The retainer still covers that month, and I flag anything waiting on you in our shared board.
